Our 1999 Honda CR-V has an unresolved issue with the check engine light and severe misfire driveability. After multiple repairs (including a new cylinder head), we took the vehicle to the dealer who has been unable to diagnose the problem. They have told us to continue to drive it until the vehicle becomes undriveable and then return. This has been a great vehicle, but we've spent $5K and are losing hope.

Any insights will be very much appreciated.

If there is consistent spark on all 4 cylinders you need to make sure the valves are adjusted properly.
