wheel cylinder help!!!
i was changin my wheel cylinder today on my 92 hatch....and after takin forever to take off the damn drum....i ended up striping the brake line screw trying to loosen it.....i have a vice grip but i dont want to make it worse, wat should i do???
You can use a vise grip on it, it has to come off somehow. If you do ruin it, bend it straight and go to an auto parts store and get a section that is close in size that is premade.
Sears sells individual flare nut wrenches for like 10 bucks or less. Find a 10mm one. Unless your using a Matco Opti-Torque or Snap-Off Flank-Drive wrench, there aren't many others that can get them off like a flare nut wrench can.
