Default jj's civic SLOW!! build.

well hello hopefully i can have the money to do this it's going to be slow till prob after january.

well i bought this car back in march in kinda a trade. it had a blow head gasket.
so i fixed the car and drove it for a month. well i'm from ct and live in ny. i was in ct with the car for a week. my wife came down in her car. my buddy's car craped out on him so he gave me $100 to reg my 95 civic (i'll have pics of the soon too)
so i let him borrow my civic. well 2 months ago him and i both join the army. well i fractured my hip and they discharged me. well was i was gone i let my parent use the car so it didn't sit. my wife won't drive another standard she has her car.
so i just got it back this weekend.

since i got it i took the apc sticker off the windshield and put my si lip on. i have to put my si back seats in i've had my si seats in it from the begining (one of the first things i did i think i did it before i fix the head gasket lol.

[IMG][/IMG]

i have rims i'm going to put on this spring they are in my storage unit. i also have a si motor but i have a d16z3? i think it's a eg block with the dpfi intake so i'm not sure if i should do a whole swap or just do a mpfi swap. i need help there. i'll try to take pictures of both civics tomorrow no promises though

pix really suck...

and the stickers look like decals; you can remove them with your fingernails...
if any sticky residue is left behind; you can use Sticker-Shocker from vato-zone,
or water and a lil elbow grease...

they are sickers and they are old at that. It tooke me like 20-30 mins to get the "decal" of the windshield because it was all dryed up and all i had was a razors but i know better then to use a razor on paint. at one place i was working they had a striper that didn't take paint off and a plastic razor but i've never seen those plastic razors anywhere. i was hoping that being old there would of started to peel but they were put on good and straight so i'm not in a hurry they don't look TOO bad lol.

use the edge of a rewards card, (credit card) as if it were a razor blade, and apply goo gone, or sticker shock ect, and it will do wonders, but i think it will remove any wax, so reapply any wax when done

UPDATE!!
motor is out!!!! i've been trying to take it out for like 3 days somthing always came up like an hour after i get in and the garage just starts to warm up.

next step is to strip the interior so i can go about my wire tuck and swaping out the blue dash and panels for my black out of the si. i havn't look yet but i'm expecting an oem carpet new(not for dealer) will prob. run me close to $300 so after i take the sound stuff out i'm going to just bed liner the floor. not the walmart stuff either the real stuff reflex spray on. brand. it looked good in my buddy jeep. and it will hold up better then reg paint.
son helping he was a big part in this whole project
