Default Koni/GC Setup on EJ8 (Searched)

So I've finally got my money together and want to replace those old blown out stock springs and shocks. I'm planning on going w/ Koni Yellows & Ground Controls. My question is what spring rate to get?? Its my DD but I do like to have a little fun with it. I did read on a few post but nothing too descriptive. Any input or insight would be apprechiated. Thanks!

Off the shelf spring rates GC offers would be a good start

Are you willing to sacrifice performance for ride quality?

+1

Unless there is a specific reason for getting different rates, I would NOT do it, escpecially if your car is a daily driver

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA yea the OTS rates are great for a DD but for anything more than that they are just a tad too soft. i have them in my crx, now im looking for stiffer ones *450fr/350r*
