sorry, i don't know much about suspension so i need your help. i have a 1994 integra w/ ground controls and koni reds, suspension installed around 4 years ago. i'm dropped to ~1/2-1inch tire gap. i have this awful crunch/squish sound from the front suspension whenever i hit any kind of bump/ditch. i don't think its tire rubbing b/c no marks on the tires but not sure what part of the suspension i need to fix. please help. thanks
