I like the led look of the 06 tail lights. I have an 03 coupe and i wondering if 06 led tails would fit?

No. It would be a lot more complicated than changing the lenses. The rear of the car has a different shape to it. You would have to modify or change the trunk, rear fender, etc. In other words, forget about that idea.

 

You will need a new trunk and bumper in order for the tail lights to fit. Along with the tail lights you will need the LED units inside the tail lights and have somebody wire them so they work with your harness. Im currently working on one so yeah.
