cams not spinning
so before i take of all these belts i wanna know for sure its the timing belt problem . starter is working all other belts are spinning but the timing belt is not spinning and the car just wont start i thought it was the dizzy but i took off the head cover and the cams are not spinning so i think its the timing belt broke but it still feel tight on top or something behind that shield but before i remove all that any thoughts?

If its tight it could be bound up on top. and busted on the bottom.
The starter will turn the crank and it will turn the crank pully moving the other belts.

might have broken a pulley or something.. but if the bottom side of your engine is spinning, and the top isnt, im afraid you may have squashed valves.. very good reason to get a vtec head..
but maybe a busted crank? i would think crank or pulley. hopefully not a crank

Two things:
1. Whats this supposed good reason?
2. What makes you think the crank is damaged?
IMO it could be the belt if it isn't a tensioner but theres only one way to find out.
