Anyone reupholster their door panels to leather?
I recently got leather interior front and back black gsr seats and am in a predicament with the door panels.
I want the leathers to go with it but everyone's taxing for them and I'm just wondering if it's a more affordable route to go ahead and buy a leather sheet from a fabric store and do it myself.
Just wondering if anyone's done it before, I know plenty have done it with other fabrics/prints but I haven't heard of anyone doing it with a leather.
Seems perfectly possible to me. Anyone who's done it please contribute what type of fabric you used and possibly a result? Would be much obliged
Thanks in advance

I have searched. I've thoroughly gone through the DIY reupholster threads as well only to find that nobody has done leather.
I may be wrong but I think you've misinterpreted what I'm looking for---
Trying to see if anyones done it, what were the results because I know there are a lot of different styles and textures of leather out there.
Ultimately I'm trying to find a fabric source, whether it be online or a local store, that sells a leather that looks like the ones used in leather door panels.
Please, no more bold assumptions about searching.
