i reoalced my o2 sensor and now it flashes 44??????? i dont get it? i reset my computer already and still comes up.... i am still getting bad gas mileage.. any ideas?

 

if the CEL is on, of course you will get poor mileage because your car is in limp mode to prevent any problems, so it is running way out of spec.

I dunno what code 44 is but you might want to unclip th eO2 sensor and make sure you didnt bend anything on the connector, a friend of mine did that by mistake on his 4 wire O2 sensor connector
