Buy a Crome chipped P28 and tune with that. There's no reason to buy anything else in this day and age. There are so many free or near-free EMS's running around for Hondas....

When i get my car tuned, i just bring it to a tuner and run it on the dyno. The tuner will hook up a wideband which is what reads the Air/Fuel ratio. If you plan to tune it yourself, you will need to buy a wideband.

You're doing it right so far. If you run 11:1 A/F you're actually a little on the rich side. Most people are tuning around the 12.1-12.4:1 range. You should have plenty of security
