Default 90 Integra LS 4 Dr White to Black smoke?

my car was throwing white smoke. After the oil change it turned black.
it also has straight pipe i was told that might be a cause but not 100 percent sure.
Just would like to know why does it smoke that color and if i need to fix something what and how? thanks

well white smoke is from water getting into the engine, Head gasket maybe?

If its white for the first few mins of running its normally acceptable from water getting up the exhaust.

Is it black or blue the other smoke.

Black is normally running to rich,

where blueish is oil getting burnt.

Normally from the valve seals and piston rings on Hondas.

If it happened straight after a oil change you may need to run thicker oil.

Check if there's water in your oil or oil in you water and warm the car up with radiator cap off and check if its bubbling.
