From my research you can only use a b18c oil pan. B16 and ls motors share the same oil pan. They will physically bolt up but pick up tube placement seems to be an issue.

I see this now all the part numbers are the same for the type r and gsr only work on those 2.

B16 and any other non vtec block uses different oil pan.
