can i use integra door panels on a 97 civic and will the rear seats mount up?

 

Panels won't match, though I've heard of people "making" them fit. Don't expect it to look nice though.

Rear seats depend on what body your car is and what body the rear seats are from. Even then they don't appear to fit as well as stock and there might be a gap.
