Default Wanting a new motor...... need suggestions.

I have a 1995 prelude S 5 speed that came stock with the f22a1. What motors can I swap in with the LEAST amount of mods? I would prefer a higher performance engine with a harness that will plug up easily to the prelude. Any advice would help.
