Reliability question on a ls/vtec build for sale
LS block, B16 head and GSR transmission. Also: ACT race clutch, Clutch Master flywheel, AEM cold air intake, DC header, exhaust, J-K Tuned ECU (tuned for LSVTEC)
everything esle is stock i believe
does this sounds reliable and can last me 2-4 years?

If you really want it to last you that long you gunna have to go inside the block. Forged pistons are good, shotpeened rods, even a block guard if your gunna b reving it high
and make sure it has arp rod bolts and head studs,,and you may want to change the oil pump to a aftermarket or type r one..
It really depends on how well it was built and how you plan on driving it in the future.
I've heard with ls/vtec setups its important to use arp rod bolts and head studs for reliability. (lol just noticed he just posted that a split second before me)
Really, like "honda pride" said, it would be best to crack it open and check everything out. Also, replace most of the gaskets and do a timing belt while your at it.
