Default 2001 Yellow Integra Type R OEM is this a good price?

Now I have a chance to buy a 2001 Yellow Integra Type R with about 65k miles.

Everything is original on the car. Ballpark guys for $11k is this a good deal?

It's got clean title...drooling over it but am not sure if this is a good buy. I'm always a civic guy.

thanks

If everything as you say it is, that's a great deal

Might I ask you what you definition of the words "everything" and "original" are? My definitions and yours seem to have some differences.

Ah yeah, do you mean original as in OEM parts? Cause that JDM front and those JDM ITR's didn't come with that car originally.

There's a definite reason that this car is only $11k. If it's completely clean, has a clean title, and thats the original engine, it should be much more $. MUCh more.

That is a nice TypeR but NOT everything is original on the car. I'll buy it for $11k.

I don't trust JDM front-end conversions. If someone is willing to do this, then who knows what else they've done.

If the dude says 'everything is original', he sounds like he is trying to pull one over on you. JDM parts do not = OEM USDM original parts.

JDM Conversions also lower the price of the vehicle.

Never thought about it that way but I'd have to agree.

I saw this car on Portland Craigslist a couple weeks back. Said something about a gal's boyfriend going into the military and her wanting to sell his car or something like that. Kind of sounded fishy to me. I'm pretty sure this car used to be owned by a guy who lived in Roseburg, OR. When I was in the market for mine sometime back he was selling but he wanted like $16k. If it's legit and clean then $11k is a good deal.

The price is too good to be true. If the guy selling knows about ITRs and understands about JDM conversions he could make more money than 11k. If its legit as I highly doubt, its a good deal. I have dooped before on a deal that souunded too good to be true about 6 years ago. If this is for real, buy it now

Go check it out in person and run a carfax on it. If it all checks out, then don't hesitate on it or it'll be gone for that price.

Ask them why they put the jdm front on.
