Default Auto trans bolt on fitment

Id like to buy some headers, a cat back, and a cold air intake for my bone stock 98 ex coupe. It has an automatic transmission and most of the headers and intakes that i see say Manual Transmission only. My question is will they still fit? Will having an auto just make the install a little harder? Before everyone starts telling me to just swap in a m/t I just want to point out that I plan to down the line but this is my only car and I cant afford to not be able to drive it. That and I would need to find a trans and all the other things i need first like the ecu and pedals and everything else and then find a reputable shop to install if for me. That is something thats WAY beyond my technical skill.

Anyways... Back to my question, Im thinking about an AEM V2 intake, and DC 4-1 headers, still not sure on the exhaust. Anyone install these on an automatic?

I have the same car except 97 also auto. I changed my Plugs, Wires, and put a Short Air Ram on it from ebay. You can get a Mr.Gasket one (which is MFG by AEM) for ~$35 on ebay. Put some E3 DiamondFire Spark plugs in there ( ~$7 -Advance auto, a piece but worth it) and if you want you can put NGK High performance wires (~$40 - Amazon, Yield ~2HP). You can also get an exhaust and cat for it. I didnt do it on mine but a buddy of mine has the same car in a 99 and he did it. I'm converting mine to m/t also very soon. Tranny's and parts to convert arent expencive. The ECU is 30-60 on ebay. Besides that you need shift linkage, clutch pedal setup, wire, shift ****, master cylinder, and a couple of other things. you can also modify your original ECU wire harness to work with MT so you dont have to get a new one. Idk where you live but I got hookups for all this stuff so I didn't pay alot for it <$450.
