type R manifold Qustion
i have a stock b16 del sol . Was wondering getting a type r manifold would do anything for the car ( performance ) . IF anyone could help me out telling me pros or cons. Also if any other type of manifold would be better.

forgot to mention yes i have piping header intake also.
but was wondering is it worth the money to change out the manifold and how much difference would u see?
