Yokohama Parada Spec 2
Is anyone running these tires yet? I've heard a lot about the Falken Azenis wearing down in less than 15,000 miles and I would like something to run at the track that is a little more durable. After reading the Yokohama site's info page on them I am fairly impressed but, I would like to have opinions from people that actually use them. Thanks a lot guys!

i love mine... they are THE ****.... i've got a set un my 5th gen that i've had for almost a year now (i got a set when they first came out last fall)..... and i am rough on some tires, i am always doing burnouts, donuts, e-brake drifting etc. they have still got good tread to them and they stick better than anytire i've ever driven on too. i liked them SOOOO much that the first thing i did to my Integra after i bought it was put a set of Paradas on it.

I just got a set of 215/40-17's for my 'lude, but only got to ride on them for a day before it went back up on jackstands to get worked on
But during that day, I've got to say I like them at least as much as the Yoko A520's I had on there before.....the A520 wore out quickly (100 miles of roadracing didn't help either) in like 12000 miles or so, so I wanted something with a little more of a treadwear rating but still sticky (and I don't plan to roadrace on this set of tires either).....so I'd say
go get them! Anyone have some opinions of how they do in the rain?

When I used to autocross I had some Khumo vitoracers, a nice hard compound and lots of contact patch. They lasted a whole season and they are great lil road holders. Or you can try Yoks a520s they a lil cheaper. Just as good tho. Or go for some bfgoodrich comp T/a's and shave off some of the tread for all out road holding tires.

nice tires last a long time but they suck in water. always hydro in puddles from sprinklers. and they arnt that sticky
I have the Spec2's and I've also had the regular ones (which I believe they do not make anymore). So far the Spec2's are definitely better than the originals.
