When was the last time the timing belt was replaced? and
Can you confirm the distributor is turning?

Procure an extra set of eyes and with the distributor cap off, crank the engine.
Said extra pair of eye's should note the distributor rotor turning as the engine cranks.
If it is NOT rotating, You've a camshaft / timing belt issue.
If it is rotating, button it up and (again) with those same pair of extra eyes;
Take a spare spark plug (doesn't need to be new), disconnect a sparkplug lead and attach it to the spare plug - rest it against the value cover.
With the engine cranking, you should see an obvious blue/white spark jumping the electrodes.
If you do, it's most likely Fuel Delivery. If you don't, it' time to consider ignition (bad module, burned cap/rotor etc)
