my oem exhaust in 95 lx is rusting up and it is starting to get real annoying. i want to replace it completely but i don't which route is best. i want something that is not to loud that its annoying driving. i don't wanna spend 600 on the exhaust either. here is what i found so far.
1. Magnaflow 15686 = $403
2. Custom Crushed bend with Magnaflow resonator 10415 + Maganaflow Muffler 14829 + Labor = $300-350
3. Kteller Mandrel bend with with Magnaflow resonator 10415 + Maganaflow Muffler 14829 + Labor = $450-500
which one these will give me a decent but low sound. thanks

I don't have any experience with those specific mufflers, but getting mandrel bent piping is the best route. In my experience, mandrel bent piping helps your engine produce more power than with crush bent, and there is less of a harsh sound after you let off the gas with mandrel bent piping. It may cost a little more, but definitely worth it.
I just installed an Apex I World Sport II. Got it from Modern Honda. They suck, BTW. I am fairly happy with the exhaust. I probably could have found something full SS for just a little more money but I am satisfied with what I got since the car has 180,000 miles and I won't own it forever. Very quiet. Almost stock quiet and a noticeable bump in power on my 96 DX.
