Default headlight wiring harness question

I was wondering if it is okay to use female spade connectors to wire your headlights instead of the wiring harnesses? I ask because I own a DA Integra and I switch back and forth between a set of JDM one pieces (H4H) for the summer and USDM 3 pieces (9007) for the winter. It would make things much easier if I could just plug the bulbs in with female spade connectors instead of having to deal with switching the harnesses everytime I switch the headlights. I figure it should be okay since all a harness is anyway is plastic holder for some female spade connectors. But I wanted to double check before I did this since I don't know too much about electrical stuff. So what do you think, will it be okay?

I have done it, it works, looks like ****, but works. If your going to do it that way, i would make sure the connectors are insulted. But you could always buy a h4 harness from passwordjdm for less than $20 and you could make a conversion harness so unplug it that way and it looks cleaner. Cleaner is always better.
