Default HELP identify these honda wheels! driving me insane

I have looked all over for info on these damn things but i can't find anything....there on a 90s geo prisim? so im assuming they're 4x100

You might be thinking of a "Hub cap", which is entirely different than lug covers.

um no, i WAS talking about the cover that pops on to hide to lug nuts. But that was before I knew the 3rd gen accord came with exposed lug rims.
