Sprint Hart Wheels??
I can't really tell from the pictures, as they're blurry and from a distance. Check the wheels for stamps, verifying their legitimacy.
If they're legit, they'd be called "Sprint Hart Tuner" and look something like this:

Well we need a better picture to know if they are real or not first.

They're 15" wheels, most likely 6.5" wide. If they're legit, which they don't seem to be, then yes they're a good trade. If they're not legit (meaning knock-off's), I'd say it's a lateral move (meaning no real gain from the trade).

$600 - $800, depending on condition and how "complete" the set is.
