b16b swap into EH3
If I have DC Sports(LS) header on a b16b, would I be able to bolt it up to the stock(d-series) exhaust?
Or will I need a test pipe? Or is there a flange that will convert it?

For what year is the Dc Sports header supposed to be?
If it's for a 94-up integra LS then it will bolt to the EG catalytic convertor.
If it's for 90-93 LS I think the flange is clocked differently, but I'm not 100% sure.
I have personally installed numerous LS swaps into EGs and used a 1994/1995ish Integra LS header - bolted right up to the EG convertor.
Also I have personally done a few ITR/B18C5 swaps and headers intended for USDM ITRs (not the 2.5'' collector versions of course) also bolt up to the EG convertor.

BTW you did say EH3 so I'm assuming it's an Si model.
If it were a Cx or Vx model then no it won't bolt up because they employ a different convertor and b pipe entirely different from the Si/Dx model.
