Default A very in-depth detailing thread

this guy might be a little OCD as he got upset about marks that were going to be under dynamat and under the carpet.

these marks upset him so that might give an indication of his dedication. he even buffed his door hinges...

super long load due to being VERY picture intense, but an interesting read none the less

p.s. sorry if its a repost, detailing forum is new and I don't see it in here

haha yeah i've seen this one.... it's not really a detail thread, as is is a detail then build thread. Let me find the one this guy did of a Bora (Jetta), it's pretty impressive.

yeah its kind of half and half. half OCD cleaning and half strip down and rebuild. But I think the real reason for the strip down was just to better clean it all

Those are inspection marks... if you are a purist, you want to leave those on there

i'm curious....does this guy like women?

the sad thing is i'm sure he's tortured by his OCD. it probably makes his day to day life hell. atleast he has a sort-of constructive outlet for some of it, but really that forum is simply enabling him, with an outlet and audience.

shame.
