Default 12.815@106.83 - All Motor Radial VW

Not a Honda but I spend more time here than the VW boards so I thought I would share as I finally met the goal I have had all season.

Car is a 95 Gti Vr6. Weight is around 2410-2420 with driver in Street Stock mode. 225/50/15 bfg drag radials (new, still breaking them in)

Went 12.815@106.83 with a 1.84 60ft and a 12.995@106.39 with a 1.95 60ft.

Thanks a ton to Honda-Tech for the best info around. I doubt I would be pulling 1.84 60fts on radials if it wasn't for the info I find here.

Thanks for the compliments. Setup is still pretty basic but the two biggest things are seat time and making the most of the combo. I have spent pretty much the whole summer tweaking and testing to get the car where it is finally at.

As for not that many quick all-motor vr6's that is true. Most people just throw a turbo on there and think they have a quick car because it goes Psssht!

Actually there is a small group of us somewhat locals that are running all motor vr6's and running decent times. Its fun because we all run similar times so we push each other to go quicker.

No pics as it is not a looker but if you click the link in my sig you can see what it looked like last year when it was supercharged. Looks the same now just with different wheels.
