Default questions on what could be wrong.

I have a 93 civic si. i have a b20vtec swapped in it with brand new motor mounts with inserts and one solid motor mount. andnew axles. when i take off and or shift, i get a clunk noise coming from lower front right of my car, either from transmission, or suspension. What are some things that it could be>? thanks.

Sounds like a mount isn't torqued down hard enough.

If a mounts loose then what you're hearing is the mount moving when the motor sees initial torque.

Kinda like on Nissan Silvias when the subframe bushings are shot.

However that's if the mount is moving. Maybe your diff is just aggressive and is noisy. It's hard to diagnose a problem when there is little to no information given.

well lets see here. my mounts are all tight. brand new rear with ES inserts, transmission mount is solid. and my driver side has inserts also. i am wondering if it could be my tie rod ends or my shocks blown.?

I've never heard a blown damper clunk on initial torque, more like under dampen and make the car all bouncy cause you're riding on springs and make squishy noises cause there's no oil in the tube...
