Default Installed dsm injectors.. stock LS

Ok so today i got my hands on some 450cc injectors from a turbo 2.0 eclipse engine... well the car turned on fine and idled fine .. i used the 10ohm 10 watt resitors ...but it kept braking up at high RPM'S.. my question is if i get a fuel pressure regulator and lower the pressure a lil bit will that fix the problem?

I doubt that will fix your issue..

You need some kind of engine management to turn the fuel down in the 450cc injectors.. such as chipped ecu (crome, etc) old school vafc hack, etc

Also i just noticed topic title.. ''stock LS''

If it's not boosted.. why are you running/wanting to run dsm 450cc injectors?

You need a good EMS to run those. You can't honestly expect to just throw a set of 440s in and have it run...

Secondly, there is NO point for you to run those injectors on your stock LS. That's just obsurd. But i guess you'll do what you want.

dude who the hell lied to you and told you larger injectors on a stock engine will help power? if anything running on the factory duty cycle on the stock injectors will cause damage internally.
