Meguiars has trim gel which is nice. I can't remember the exact name for it, but I have it at home. Poorboys trim restore is nice too.

Griots Garage trim dye. It works great If and ONLY IF you strip all contaminants first. Use charcoal starter, lighter fluid, or whatever and then use this stuff. Works awesome and doesnt fade. More coats you do, the blacker it gets.

if you really want otc buy backtoblack but it sucks but its the best otc , i would suggest buying from a online detail site like autopia.org/shopping or detailedimage.com for some way better products

here is what i use personally on my cars and others i detail

i use a 50/50 alcohol-water mix to clean the trim and use blackwow and or Poorboy's trim restorer to bring back the nice matte look back to the trim

both products are good i got the blackwow after the poorboy's,
the blackwow is about 10$ more expensive at 25$ for 4oz but a dime size amount will do the whole cars trim the poorboy's is 16oz takes a little more to apply to trim i would say they both do the job equally though

Certain plastics if dull and faded can be brought to life with a heat gun. Only some though. Chrysler products in particular seem to respond well to that technique.

Otherwise just dress em up in silicone.
