Just got this '97 HX civic that is supposedly completely stock. It does not seem to be overheating but the only fan that turns on is the a/c one...not the radiator fan. Can the plug-ins for them interchange somehow and maybe the previous owner switched the plugs by accident?
Or do you know of another reason for this odd situation?

I'm guessing the a/c fan should not turn on unless you are actually using the a/c...which I wasn't cause its about 45 degrees out right now
