front crossmember torque specs?

anybody? searched.. no help

91 DX hatch

I need the specs for the crossmembers to the frame, and the radius rods to the LCAs

wow guys thanks for the responses.. I assume the crossmember should be between 40 and 50 lbs.. like most of the other big boltd.. motor mounts, tranny to block..
