Default haveing some problems with a 90 si crx

here is the problem. I live in vegas and have smog issues like you do in cali. have a 90 crx si using a d15b7 block with a d16a6 head. i put the motor together and she fired right up however she smokes under acceleration. not at idle, only when going from a dead stop. even if i baby it, it still smokes. I have taken the car to a reputable shop here in vegas (Hondoctors) and they did a pumpdown test (came out good) also did a comp test ( also good 180, 182, 181, 179) they checked my valves and adjusted them. put a runright treatment on it. and it still does it. it is running rich. (not burning oil or watter).
here is what i have done so far tell me if i missed something please.
distributar
cap
rotorbug
plug wires
spark plugs
o2 sensor
fuel filter
fuel pump
changed ecu's
changed charcole cansister
the injectors are stock as is the fule rail and psi regualtor

realy need this up and running. gettting pissed of at it, been at it since june with this. any suggestions will help. thanks.

also has cat and is original ( don't think that i would have anything to do with it put thought i would just tell ya.)

if the head was hot tanked or solvent cleaned and the valve seals were never replaced then that would be the issue, but you said it doesn't burn any oil..... so i don't know.

the valves are seating. when i pulled the head i used carb cleaner on the shut valves to see if leaked throug and it didn't. i know that the head and valves are good and so is the block. i'm realy lost right now with this thing.

did you check your valve guides?
might have excessive play valve to guide.
where the valve goes up an down in

the smoke is not dense but is dark, and smells like raw gas.

so it wasnt head when you swaped it.
might be the piston rings allowing oil to get thru to
the combustion cycle causing it to smoke black. / dark
