evap problem after b16a swaped,the jdm b16a done 4 months every things working fine on my 98 civic hatchback,only the evap never got ready for the emission test(no cell come out for the evap system),and the idle jumps up and down when the engine cold,warm up then better,can any one help me to solve the problem,thankyou
