Default sub-frame cx to si?

So I auto-cross my car and do solo-sprints. My car is a 95 CX, so I have no power steering and no factory front or rear sway bars. I have a suspention technices front and rear sway bar set-up on the car, but it hangs way under the car. About 2 inchs under my cat. So i wanted to convert my front sub-frame to the SI gear so i can run the top mount style sway bar.

So, do I have to swap sub-frames or do the CX sub-frames have the spots for mounting a normal front sway bar. and then all I would have to do is get the lower control arms. And my second concer is, did the SI cars come with manual racks? and if I put the SI sub-frame in would i have to rig-up and system to mount the manual rack. i don't want to run PS.

all civic subbrames have the swaybar mounts. You'll need integra radious arms though, its the complete lower control arm.
