Streets of Willow 7/27/02...pics uploaded 56k beware.....

Went with FreedyR and two other friends...('00 R, Golf GTI, Saleen, '97 R)

Had lots of fun and damn I love those N1 coilovers....R rules...

...

There were about 100 cars there or so...couple proshe, M3s, and a real civic typeR.

way, way, wayyyyy ahead

sweet pics, man i really need to get involved with road racing, seems way to much fun to pass up, but im a total newb to it....how does one get involved? money/school/instructor? do you just pay for hourse on the track and go by yourslef? etc? anyone want to explain it? and if any of you here are planning on going to any so cal track, let me know

Nice...did you take the TT?...I know that guy is pretty good. FreddyR and I underestimated ourselves and signed up for fast intermediate and beginner group...so much traffic...but its still good....FreddyR really took the car to the limit...my friend w/ the Saleen (advance group) decided to play with me in the beginner group...we were on each other's tail for a while...it was really fun.

Freddy and I were both asked to be interviewed by T-Bone film production...they were filming for Maximum Velocity (Which i have no idea what it is)...Freddy was too busy on the track...so they only got to interviewed view me...can't wait for the film to be out...hee hee

Acutally we all took him after the pic where he was in front of all of us...

we were ahead damn it...hee hee

i can't, he got more power than i did(plus i got a camera man and 2 camera eqiupment in my car). however, i gave him whole lot of pressure. i almost hit him when he start braking early but he is really good tho. after that, he came up to me and said sorry about blocking me off. his car handle real nice with R tire. he followed me up on the next round but the crew let me go first with the silver golf(from sudesport) to make a chasing video. anyway, it was a good battle with a 4wd, R tire turbo car.
