Default Accord Tie rod question?

hey people, I bought a 93 accord as a winter car, and when I turn the wheel all the way to the left I hear a rubbing sound. When i took the wheel off I saw a carved/grinded groove in the tie rod. Well it turns out, there is a Right side tie rod on the left side. GOD DAM PEOPLE.

Anyway, as you guys know the tie rods form a "c" to clear the wheel. On the accord the tie rod is inserted through the bottom and bolted on top. Can I take the tie rod and inserted from the top and bolt it on the bottom, but leave the right side as is, inserted through the bottom and bolted on top????? Cuz tie rods are around $25-30 and this one is good and don't wanna waste it. Will it mess up my alignment or steering if the tierods are mounted into the hub differently????

Thanks people.....

Doing that would change the angle a little. I wouldnt do it. Just put it the way its supposed to be. Dont mess with something as important as steering.

The angle of the tie rod or angle of the wheel??? Cuz if its the angle of the tie rod, there made to handle different angles. Like cars that are slammed, the tie rod sits at a totally diff angle. On, my 98 civic the tie rods are inserted from the top, so I just thought it wouldn't matter. I don't know i'm gonna try and find a good one in a junk yard maybe.

What a scary question. I know it's an old post. Hope you're not on the road with people's kids.
