Default 5 pt harnesses... is there a correct way to strap them to the cage/car??

Im installing the harnesses on my piece & wondered if there was a correct way of looping them around the cage for the shoulder restraints. Also, the hip ones... straight out to the side or down towards the floor??

The "nut buster" is easy. Loop it through the bottom of the seat & connect it to the plate you just welded to the bottom of your car, right?? Should the plate be welded just below the seat, a lil towards the front of the seat, or X amount inches in front of the seat??

Pictures w/ explanations would be most appreciated

Pete

Who ALREADY bent a control arm... sheesh.
