Default Car sitting uneven after install

I just installed skunk2 sport shocks on my 99 civic, with adjustable upper a arms on the front. I noticed after the install that the car was sitting uneven in the front and the passenger side front tire would rub loudly when making a turn, etc. I did take the drivers side tire off to check things out and I noticed that the spring wasnt seated all the way in the perch? Could that be causing the uneven height or do I need to adjust the a-arms?

i would definatly make sure the springs are seated correctly. and make sure you put the fronts in the front and backs in the back.. i believe they have different rates. based on the motor being heavier in the front
