Alright i got a 1995 honda civic with a b18b and i was driving down the road today round 40mph then slowed down to come to a stop. when i came to a stop i noticed my oil light blinkin on and off.....no check engine light and the temp gauge showed it was normal. i pulled into a parking lot checked the oil with the engine off and it was ok. what could the problem be? how can i check my oil pressure?

what side would u find the oil pressure switch driver side or passenger side? i was thinking that could be the problem also.
The oil pressure switch is on the back of the engine block above the oil filter.
Also check to make sure your pan isn't dented as this can block the sump/pick-up which reduces oil pressure.
How long has this swap ran before the light started coming on?

It ran for a good 2 months til this happened. i give it routine oil changes every 4k miles. so i know it's not a shortage of oil. Thanks for the advice so far pple. ill keep everyone updated imma go check it out right now.

alright i inspected the oil pan and there were no dents, but there did seem to look like oil was leaking inbetween the oil pan and the block. not a whole lot but u can tell that there is some leaking of oil. i checked the oil pressure switch and it was connected and i dont know how to test it to see if its still good. lol

my expirience with a blinking oil light resulted in a oil pump that gave out.. and then a solid oil light heh.
just a thought, maybe your oil pump is going out.
