Hey guys, I bought these old school wheels recently for my '91 hatch. I'm trying to figure out what combination of polishing and painting I should do. Take a look at the wheel, and tell me what you might do.

Applying chrome is not an option. I can do some polishing, painting, maybe even powdercoat.

Should I do the same to my new wheels?

Just for sharing, these are calipers I polished, & paid a shop to chrome plate for me (SE-R):
