2000 civic hatchback with B18C motor ?'s about the ECU
I bought a 2000 civic that someone done a motor swap with a V-tech B18C. The guy I bought it from bought it from someone else and doesnt know anything about the year of the motor or anything about the ECU. I called a honda dealer and they told me the motor is from a 94-95 integra. How do I find out about what type of ECU I have? The ECU is showing codes that the year doesnt show. Anyone have any idea how I can find out info on the ECU in the car? Thanks

Well, the ECU it came with that motor is an OBD1 p72 if I'm not mistaken.
Would those numbers be on the side of the ECU? If that is not what i have is there a way to find what I have, because the codes that are coming up dont match the possible codes for that year of motor.
