Default Rust: What Has Better Rust Prevention...

I'm looking for a full coilover that has good rust prevention lateley I've been leaning towards the PIC P2's Or The Function Form Type 1. I live in rhode island and winters at time can be a little harsh with salt and what not just want to know peoples opinions through winter with either setup questions I need answered...
Do the collars seize up making adjustment a pain?
Do they rust at all?
Do you clean yours periodically?
And also do they maintain same performance after winter?
Ok shoot some opinions fellas....

that can get a little pricey, but the best thing you can do is buy some paint that will protect against rust and make sure its clean before painting them, most are aluminum so they wont rust. best thing you can do is keep them lubed and wash your car weekly in the winter. i have GC coilover sleeves and tokico blue shocks and i live in michigan and i do those things and so far they have held up nicely
