You might have the dimmer all the way off? It the **** on the dash to the right of the steering wheel column.

Are you sure you've checked everything? Under the hood/ under the dash? Made sure that some of the fuses don't share two things?

tell us exactly what does not illuminate. phrases like such as leave room for assumption.

do all of your external lights work? brake lights?

how about all headlamps, parking lights and turn signals?

does your dome light work?

i would double-check all of those fuses under the dash again. Make sure they are all seated properly too. Maybe one just isn't pressed in the whole way?

If I get a moment I could go look under the dash of my 94 LS and get some better ideas.

I haven't had my teg but for a couple of months but this seems to be a common issue, from what I have read the dimmer switch seems to go bad, if you have a friend with a teg try swapping in a known working unit

Does anything in your gauge cluster/climate control light up at all? If you are sure it isn't a fuse problem, it is very likely to be a wire/electrical problem. When did this start happening and did you do anything prior to it? When you swapped clusters did you swap the bulbs as well?

all of my gagues work (tach, speed, fuel, temp) and all the little lights like battery and check E lights its just the back light that lights up the cluster at night. and also the climate control little lights work that tell you what setting it is on (green/orange) but the back light for night time is out.

do you have a volt meter? check for voltage if you changed the gauges its not the bulbs unless you fry them as soon as you hook it up. check the voltage and trace it back to the fuse box. also try to bypass your dimmer swich with a jumper temporaraly check the voltage on the line side and the load side of your dimmer.

Have you pulled your dimmer switch out to see if it's plugged in? Anybody have your dash apart lately?
