First sedan bumper ive taken off and its bein a pain in the *** got everything except for the top 5 3/4 top bolts they were rusted and then stripped so i reverse drilled em out and still wouldnt go any suggestions? im just simply tryin to get my bumper off for my fog lights and swap

 

behind each bumper light there are 2, 12mm bolts remove these bolts a total of 4 and the bumper will come off with the support still attached
