Blades or Polished Mugen NR replicas for MR DA ?
I currently have flat black slipstreams on my Milano Red DA and I am tired of the look and and am now selling my Slips. I want something Polished and have came to the conclusion of either GSR Blades or the Mugen NR replicas by Konig called the Mega Race.
Here is a thread of what the blades look like on a DA, http://g2ic.com/forums/showthr...lades . And here are some photos of the Mugen NR on a hatch because I couldn't find any on a DA, http://www.jdmuniverse.com/for....html .
I Just need some advice so I can make my mind up quicker and these will be wrapped in 195-55-15 Yoko S.Drive which are sitting at my place right now waiting.

I don't like spending money on wheels that cost nearly as much as the car when it is just going to be daily driven. Its not a show car.

well you probably wont enjoy replacing your fake wheels every couple of months when you hit them on a pothole and bend them. happened to me with 3 of my konigs. I would just stick with the blades if you can't afford nice wheels.

Is this true ? I had my slips for 2 years daily everyday and drag strip once almost every month and they are still looking flawless. And if im not mistaken Slipsstreams are just another knock off of the $1500 15" Mugens.
Not only that, but what can you say about bent VOLKS, SSRs and Work wheels ?

You are wrong. Slipstreams are knock offs of Spoon SW388s and are made by Desmond who makes Evo Regamasters. and they cost more than 1500 bucks.
I can say i've owned volks and works and never bent one of them. pretty hard to bend a forged wheel.

Exactly my point. Why would I Spend over 2000 on wheels when the car is only worth about that much KBB. And you are knocking only specifically on konigs when I can pull MANY MORE threads about bent big brand name wheels such as Volks and SSRs. You say its pretty hard to bend a forged wheel and still it happens.
So lets say I spend $400 on a set of brand new Konigs which are pretty good quality for what it is and I do bend a wheel and so I have to spend another $100 or worst case scenario all 4 wheels and have to spend another $400 on another set of brand new rota/konigs, I am still less than half the price of 1 set of Spoons and/or any other big brand name wheels and have 2 sets of brand new knock offs.
Anyways back on topic before Brice
