rebuild cost of b18b?

hey guys i have the chance to pick up a b18b longblock for $75. it needs a rebuild. should i jump on this deal and get it rebuiltt or get one from hmotors or something?

why does it need to be rebuilt? if it spun a bearing or cracked a sleeve the machine shop labor alone will run you more than it is worth
