Default Oil leak...??

I've noticed a very small oil leak coming from the section between the oil pan and the clutch bell housing cover (H22A4). However, I checked the oil pan to make sure nothing was lose, and everything seemed ok, but the leak persists.

What is above that (looking from the pan upwards towards the head). I've checked out the small puddle on the ground and there doesn't seem to be any coolant, so I doubt it's the head.. But I could be wrong.

Keep in mind this engine has barely any millage on it (maybe 1500kms at the very most) and has been fully built/boosted.

Sounds like your builder installed either the oil pan gasket or the rear main seal incorrectly.

Pop off the flywheel cover and see if you can find any oil residue on the flywheel itself. If there is, the rear main is leaking. If not, it's probably the oil pan.

They tend to leak in the corners where the hump for the crankshaft comes through. There should be a tiny dollop of hondabond in the corners on either side of that hump.

Don't reuse the gasket, and make very sure that both surfaces (block/pan) are dry when you install, and that you don't over torque the oil pan bolts, they go to a very low torque.

I'm thinking it's the rear main seal then. How do you go about fixing that? If you say pull the engine, I'm gonna freak.

you have to drop the tranny and pull off the clutch and flywheel.
