Default no pressure on clutch pedal...

hey people I converted mine to auto to manual and i used a used xtd 6 puck clutch. when I finish the swap the clutch was high so I had it adjusted it to be low but its still high so I just dealt with it (6months). today I felt the clutch was stiffed and it grabs fast so I was kinda happy, I was leaving at work then the pedal has only freeplay when pressed its already to the floor, it would go into gear when its off but when it on it wont go to any gear...

Heres what I tried so far:
I tried to adjust the pedal height but its still low. Ive looked at the manual and its suppose to be 7.48" and mine is in 5.5" and im all the way out already on the rod.

I need to get it fix... what do u guys I think...
thanx for in advance.

sounds like you have a leak somewhere in the clutch system. fix the leak, then bleed the system.

the helms manual has a procedure for adjusting the clutch rod for the proper amount of play. You should have about 1 inch of play at the top of the pedal, and the clutch engagement/disengagement point should be nowhere near the floor.

. Did you say the pedal is on the floor? I would adjust the pedal to normal spec height and work from there.

May need a new clutch slave cyclinder? $34.99 autozone (they rust but work)

Check for leaks. What kind of brake fluid did you use? I believe it is brake fluid if not correct me.

Always check fluid levels first.

filling the fluid reservoir up is a temporary fix

brake fluid doesn't just disappear, if your fluid is low, you have a leak. find it.
