there's a key mark on the door, very light dent behind the door on pass side (not noticeable), needs a new softop (believe there's one for sale for 200 right now in SJ with glass conversion), and a small tear in the pass seat. other than that its fine, i've been driving it the way it is back and forth to school.

i got pulled over for expired registration yesterday (10/28) so there is a fix-it ticket pending, which is why im pushing for a quick sale.

oh my bad for the confusion on the 2 different prices.
the transfer will be from the 2nd owner directly to you. My name is not on the title because I never registered it. I do have the documents to prove that I rightfully own the car and DMV can verify since a "Release of Liability" was filed by the 2nd owner.

your total price to own this car fully will probably be around 10,000$ total (9000 to me, and about 1000$ for state tax / fees)
